  1. Check that you are running or higher. If you're not sure, follow to check which version you are running.
  2. Open on your and go to If you use a different browser, the app will NOT download correctly.
  3. Open the TAP® App from the Home Screen of your device. Select "Forgot Password?". This will send an email to the email address that we have on file for you with a link to reset your password. NOTE: This password is different than the password you use to log in to Updating one does NOT update the other!
  4. Once you have reset your password, return to the app to login.
