- Open the TAP® App from the Home Screen of your device. Select "Forgot Password?". This will send an email to the email address that we have on file for you with a link to reset your password. NOTE: This password is different than the password you use to log in to TAPinsulation.com. Updating one does NOT update the other!
- Once you have reset your password, return to the app to login.
